I received an incomplete order and no one is responding to my messages. It's a scam! I don't recommend it.

I ordered and paid for 2 pieces of gloves and a ball. Only 1 piece arrived and the invoice for 2 pieces was in the box. No one answers the email, so I ordered and paid for another piece! Now I'm waiting to see if someone will call and send what they owe me plus shipping, which I had to pay extra for again. No regular contact anywhere!! Communication at freezing point! Intolerable in our country!!!
